The Lake Erie Beach Property Owners Association Deeded The Parklands To The Town Of Evans With Every Expectation That The Entire Park Would Be Used For Public Access To The Waterfront.
If You Review The Tax Map As It Now Appears In The Assessor's Office, You'll See That The Paper Road Point Breeze Drive Is Not Included As Park Of Lake Erie Beach Park. This Is In Direct Conflict To The Deed Description Of This Parcel.
A 100 Year Title Search Of This Property Will Show That At One Point In Time Point Breeze Drive Was Deeded "As Park". The Town Of Evans Should Be Required To Update The Title Search Specifically Asking The Title Company To Determine If Point Breeze Drive Is Simply A Paper Street Of Is Actual Parklands.
