The town board adopted a resolution creating an overlay district with the 0.8 parcel of parkland sold to Todd Nowak rezoned from Recreational Facility to Neighborhood Business.
After several letters and meetings with Supervisor Keith Dash and Planning Director Sandra Brant, the Town of Evans conceded there was a "mapping error" on the original overlay district zoning map.
The current overlay district map re-established the 0.8 parcel as Recreational Facility (RF).
